Our Philosophy..... |
The Current Time is..........
We are acquiring new items every day, and sometimes it takes awhile for the item to clear our inventory process...
whatever you may be looking for, most often your best bet is to contact us to see what we can do to help ! Here we see one of our new purchases going through a vigourous inspection, by one of our staff...actually, this is the son of our founder, and at four years of age he's already trying to run the whole operation ! The guitar he's holding is one of our new arrivals that day, and little Ronnie gets to play more vintage guitars in a month than many people see in a lifetime ! It must be nice ! He seems to be enjoying himself in any event, as there is definitely lots of stuff to play with around here ! But before anyone gets to play with anything, all items are inspected upon arrival before beginning our inventory process. We take our incoming items very seriously, and have no set time limit placed upon preparing incoming inventory...nothing
gets "rushed", or hurried into sale availability status, as all items are first authenticated by as many sources as possible before being classified as such. In short, all we have is our reputation and wouldn't care to jeopardize it...so before we sell anything to anyone we make sure that the item is as spectacular as it can be, and will be sure to please even the most discriminating collector. If it's not good enough to pass these tests, then the item will never pass through our quality check systems...and will not be sold ! People need parts, too ! |
Looking for something in particular ? We are passionate about what we do, and are ever constant in our goal of obtaining the unique items we seek. It is not uncommon for us to measure our inventory turnover in
years rather than simply months or weeks, as we spend just as much time locating things to sell as we do finding the right buyer for them. We aren't afraid to pay
reasonable prices for the items we seek, and sometimes pay in excess of current value simply to acquire the impossible. Since we tend to hold items for a few years prior to offering them for sale anyway, the
values seem to catch up with our acquisition prices and philosophies nicely. |
