When you place an order with some folks, you can simply print out a generic order form from their website, drop it in the mail, and send your money who knows where. Other sites will let you load up an electronic basket, and then ask you to send them your credit card information over their "secure server" or some such nonsense. At Collector's Connection, you will always recieve individualized service from one of our Client Specialists...who will personally prepare, ship, track, and follow up on your order until you are 100 % satisfied. The Client Specialist becomes your personal guide through your transaction, and his only job is to make you happy. We still handle the majority of our transactions by telephone, and it is rare for our clients to not get to know some of our staff personally prior to a purchase from us ! Some may find the extra attention excessive, but exceeding your expectations is what we strive for...and we truly believe that you will find the personalized service refreshing, because you deserve it !
